Corporate Citizenship Report
Since our first Sustainability Report in 2013, we have issued subsequent reports to transparently communicate our ESG performance to our stakeholders. In 2018, when POSCO Group announced the Corporate Citizenship management philosophy, the report was renamed to Corporate Citizenship Report.
The Corporate Citizenship Report describes our environmental, social and governance outcomes and financial performance. The report complies with three seminal guidelines on sustainability reporting: Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards; Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards; and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. In addition, the report is verified by independent agencies to ensure objectivity and transparency. As a global corporate citizen, POSCO FUTURE M will strive to protect the environment, address social issues and seek interdependent growth to build a prosperous world for humanity.

The report describes our ESG impacts, progress made on the 2050 Carbon Neutrality Roadmap, and outcomes from our environmental protection activities and supply chain partnership programs. The report was our first attempt to introduce the double materiality assessment approach to consider the financial outcome of business operations as well as the environmental and social impacts.
The actions we took to mitigate headlining issues and our plans to monitor our impacts were also disclosed in detail. As a provider of eco-friendly future materials, we will strive to build a better and more prosperous world for humanity.
