Human Rights Violation

Subject to Report
‘Human Rights Violation’ issues include the following human rights-related grievances that occur in the company, subsidiaries, and supply chain.
1. Non-Discrimination
  • · We prohibit discrimination based on individual characteristics such as race, gender, age, disability, nationality, etc.
2. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
  • · We guarantee workers' freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, and disadvantages due to union activities is prohibited.
3. Prohibition of Child and/or Forced Labour
  • · We prohibit all forms of forced labour, human trafficking, and child labour
4. Human rights violations due to non-compliance with industrial safety
  • · We provide essential safety equipment and protective gear to workers.
5. Human Rights Violations Within the Supply Chain
  • · We ensure that human rights violations such as forced labour and child labour do not occur within the supply chain.
    ※ Issues related to “fair trade” are not accepted at this center.
6. Human Rights Violations in Local Communitys
  • · We collect opinions to prevent human rights violations in the community due to the company's business activities, and minimize human rights violations of local residents by assessing the impact on the local environment, safety, health, and economic activities.
7. Violation of environmental rights
  • · We comply with legal standards related to environmental protection.
8. Violation of consumer rights
  • · We provide products and services that do not threaten the health of our consumers.
Precautions
  • ✔ This center only receive human rights violation issues. For reports on Ethical Misconduct, please use the reporting center in a separate tab.
  • ✔ The informant(s) will not be subject to unfavourable status or discrimination due to filing a report.
If your report in subject to any of the following, it may be excluded from the scope of acceptable reports
  • ✔ In cases where reports are made regarding the privacy or private disputes of employees that the company is not allowed to invervene
  • ✔ In cases where preferential treatment is requested or reports are made for improper purposes related to the reported content
  • ✔ In cases where groundless malicious reports or false information are used to slander a certain individual with unilateral claims

The whistleblower's confidentiality will be protected, and the report will be processed as quickly as possible (within a maximum of two weeks). If desired, a response will be provided via email.

  • 1. Human Rights Violation Reporting Center collects minimum personal information necessary to confirm the wrongdoing and to provide reply of outcome. Therefore, we ask for your consent to the collection and use of personal information.
  • 2. Type of Information Collected
    - Required: Reporter, email address, phone number and password
  • 3. Personal information is retained for 5 years from submission of the complaint by the reporter (data subject).
  • 4. The data subject has the right to decline to consent, in which case s/he will not be able to use the reporting system.
